In this session, we will explore the critical opportunity to bring the solutions to climate change and nature loss together in an integrated sustainability strategy. To date, the focus of corporates and financial institutions has largely been on climate change – where businesses and financial institutions demonstrate how they will manage climate risks and take action to reach their climate targets. But given the significant interdependencies between nature loss and climate, it makes both scientific and business sense for companies to take an integrated approach to net zero strategy.

We will hear from a corporate and a financial institution who will be sharing how they are thinking about including nature in their net zero strategy and associated challenges and opportunities, and a financial regulator will give a regulatory perspective on the increasing focus on nature reporting.
